I have over 35 years experience of surveying, repairing and adapting historic buildings of all types and ages.
I have previously worked for Historic England and two of the top conservation architects in the UK on some of the most iconic buildings and structures in the country.
I have been a Conservation Accredited Chartered Surveyor since 1996; one of the first property professionals to achieve the Award.
I now operate as a freelance property consultant. As I have worked at many large long standing practices I can call upon a number of exceptionally skilled architects, engineers, cost and planning consultants, historians, conservators and other specialists when the need arises.
No project is too small, simple, large or complex.
I am based in Kent and cover all areas of London and the Home Counties, the South East, East Anglia and East Midlands.
